Hi! I’m Natalie.
I’m a coach. I’m a yogini. I’m a wine-loving foodie who loves to travel, laugh and take each moment as it comes.
My professional journey began in working with oncologists on their marketing, branding and strategy. I enjoyed the design, branding and interactions but there was one particular conversation that stood out for me, even fifteen years later.
A woman who was a few weeks into her chemotherapy regimen was talking to me about her experience and she said, “I get up every morning and walk. Some days I may walk a mile, some days it may be three steps. But as long as I have cancer and cancer doesn’t have me, I will get up and do what I enjoy.”
Another step along my journey was following a passion and becoming a yoga teacher. Through teaching, I found a deeper connection with my clients and found that when people started talking about yoga, they started talking about other parts of their life. All of these parts are connected and the common thread is the journey we call life – the highs and lows, the family, friends, work, the passions. Yoga became a natural progression guiding me toward my next step.
Through coaching, I now help clients find their power, learn to believe in themselves, and discover clarity of purpose. It isn’t magic; each of those elements is already inside you. Coaching simply helps you navigate obstacles along your path.
My coaching is about you and the things you want to change and accomplish. My style is insightful, practical, and low-key. I’ll help you get motivated but not in a high-fiving, rah-rah kind of way.
I have a light-heartedness with a dose of realism… challenging while supporting your journey. Clients appreciate my ability to foster growth with gentle nudges, genuine connection, and zest for a fulfilling life.
If you don’t have any imagination and hope, its hard to be able to see a reality that is different than the one you are living today.
Ready? Today is a good day to start changing your journey.
