Coaching is a process. It isn’t a quick fix. It is hardwork and dedication. And it is rewarding – empowering yourself and exploring your motivation, confidence and abilities. There will be highs and there will be lows and as your coach, I am there with you through it all – offering space, support, accountability and celebration.


In coaching, there is no place for judgement, diagnosing or telling you what to do. Coaching is about you having the space to learn and grow. My coaching is individualized and provides support, accountability and acceptance. All of these concepts come together to create workable action steps that will have a genuine impact in your life.

Coaching is a relationship between a coach and the client.  Each person brings different things to the table – the coach knows the inner-working of the coaching process and the client knows, or can tap into, the inner-workings of themselves. Together, we will explore and develop a coaching topic and the objectives that support it. Through the relationship, the coach is prepared with discovery methods and questions to help re-frame challenging situations. Armed with tools and strategies, you will have help to make the desired change sustainable and long-term – short-term support with long-term changes.


We will work together to move you in the direction that you want to go. Throughout our weekly sessions, you will:

  • Learn about yourself – what is important to you, your strengths and weaknesses.
  • Explore your vision.
  • Learn about the connection between your mind and body and how this can be a powerful tool for self-development.
  • Try different strategies to see how they work for you.
  • Become aware of potential obstacles and prepare you to overcome them.


There could be times where I as a coach ask you: to challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone, reflect on events and thoughts, or suggest various practices for you to try.  These are some of the ways that we will work together to develop meaningful and sustainable lifestyle changes.
