My coaching style is insightful and practical.

I’m a low-key kind of coach. My coaching is about you and the things that you want to change and accomplish. I’ll help you get motivated but not in a high-fiving “rah-rah” kind of way. I have a light-heartedness with a dose of realism – challenging while supporting your journey.
